Amber Alcocer When I think of Summer I imagine vacations, the beach, little flowered dresses and although it is a fairly hot time of year I love being able to dress very cool but with a lot of style. Trends are “fashionable” items and they change constantly, so remember to be true to your style and use trends to decorate your way of dressing. In other words, you use the clothes and the clothes do not use you.

Roses have been very present since the beginning of the year and this trend will continue for Summer, I think it is quite elegant and adds a chic touch to your outfit.

I have to say that mini skirts or mini dresses are one of my favorite trends since they flatter the legs and elongate them, giving you supermodel legs.

Fringe in clothing FASCINATES me and it is a trend that you absolutely must wear this Summer.

A very cool trend is Denim on Denim. What I like is that you can wear absolutely any item of clothing, be it a bag, shoes or clothing of any shade of denim and you will look very cool.
I think it's something we all have in our closet and you can look elegant or casual, depending on how you accessorize.
7. 2000s
The hallmark of the 2000s is undoubtedly the hip-length flared pants with tank tops, as well as miniskirts and Bratz heels. And now it's a trend.
I think it is a nostalgic trend because I remember my sisters dressed this way while listening to Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera but it is not one of my favorite trends in 2023. I still like to see it on other girls, personally it is not my style.
8. Transparencies
I think transparencies are cool and there are many different ways to wear them. You can wear it as a dress with a blazer on top, with cool lingerie underneath or on top and style it to your liking.
9. Floral Prints
There is nothing more Spring-Summer than flowers and this year is no exception.
10. Minimalism
Without a doubt, minimalism is the most elegant and will never go out of style. Try to find classic cuts, neutral colors or structured garments to look as chic as possible. Sometimes, less is more.
11. Glitter and Sequins
I came to think that glitter on that day was prohibited. Let's remember that in the world of fashion anything goes and it's about playing and taking risks, so this trend of glitter and sequins for summer is one of the most popular and I love it.
Plus, summer 2023 looks a lot more joyful, nostalgic, and festive than we've seen in quite some time.
